The following is an invitation to a panel discussion on “R2P After Libya” held on January 10, 2012. Hosted by the Global Centre for the Responsibility to Protect and the Human Rights Foundation, the discussion follows what the Libyan intervention means for future international efforts to protect civilians, particularly in light of the ongoing challenges in Syria and beyond.
