On 19 June Global Centre Senior Research and Advocacy Officer, Sarah Hunter (Ewing) spoke during this convening, entitled “Survivors First: Ending Conflict-Related Sexual Violence in Tigray and Beyond.” During her remarks, Sarah focused on the failures of the international community to act to protect civilians in Tigray and across Ethiopia from atrocities and what steps need to be taken to ensure that survivors received the access to support and accountability they deserve.
