Resolution 2237 (Liberia) S/RES/2237

2 September 2015

On 2 September 2015 the UN Security Council passed Resolution 2237 on the situation in Liberia. Resolution 2237 reaffirms the Government of Liberia bears the primary responsibility for protecting all populations within its territory from atrocity crimes. Additionally Resolution 2237 extends the mandate of the Panel of Experts until 2 July 2016.
