Resolution 2016 (Libya) S/RES/2016

On 27 October 2011 the UN Security Council adopted Resolution 2016 on the situation in Libya. Resolution 2016 “underscores the Libyan authorities’ responsibility for the protection of its population, including foreign nationals and African migrants.”
