On 5 December Globa Centre Executive Director, Dr. Simon Adams, was interviewed on CNN regarding the movement of a group of Rohingya refugees from camps in Cox’ Bazaar to a remote island in the Bay of Bengal, Bhasan Char. Dr. Adams focused the interview on the concerns of the Rohingya refugees, how some feel they have been coerced or forced into relocating and the uncertainty that faces them in Bhasan Char.
