On 29 March Global Centre for the Responsibility to Protect Executive Director, Dr. Simon Adams, was interviewed on CNN Newshour regarding the crisis in Myanmar, including the killings of more than 100 protesters on 28 March and increased airstrikes by the military in Karen State. Dr. Adams emphasized the need for action by the international community, acknowledging that statements condemning military action are insufficient.
