Resolution 13/21 (Guinea) A/HRC/RES/13/21

15 April 2010

On 15 April 2010 the UN Human Rights Council adopted Resolution 13/21 on capacity building in the Republic of Guinea. Resolution 13/21 recalls the primary responsibility of Guinea to protect its civilian population, condemns the Conakry stadium massacre in September 2009 and strongly appeals to the international community to assist Guinea’s transitional authorities in promoting and protecting human rights.
