Situation of human rights in the Democratic People's Republic of Korea A/HRC/31/18

On 23 March 2016 the Human Rights Council adopted a resolution condemning the "systematic, widespread and gross human rights violations in the Democratic People's Republic of Korea that, in many instances, constitute crimes against humanity, as well as at the impunity of perpetrators," and extending the mandate of the special rapporteur on the human rights situation in DPRK for one year.
