Resolution 2121 (Central African Republic) S/RES/2121

The UN Security Council unanimously adopted Resolution 2121 on 10 October 2013 in response to the situation in the Central African Republic. The Council agreed to strengthen the mandate of the UN Integrated Peacebuilding Office (BINUCA) and consider options for the African-led International Support Mission (AFISM-CAR/MISCA), including providing a UN logistics package or transitioning the force to a UN-led peacekeeping operation.
