Situation of human rights in Myanmar A/HRC/RES/22/14

The UN Human Rights Council expresses concern over the continued human rights violations occurring in Burma/Myanmar, including arbitrary detention, forced displacement, land confiscations, rape and other forms of sexual violence, torture and cruel, inhuman and degrading treatment, as well as violations of international humanitarian law. The HRC expresses grave concern over the situation in Rakhine State, particularly the situation of Rohingya Muslims and inter-communal violence.
