Situation of human rights in Eritrea A/HRC/RES/29/18

On 2 July 2015 the Human Rights Council adopted a resolution expressing deep concern at the commission's findings that systematic, widespread and gross human rights violations have been and are being committed by the Government of Eritrea, and that the violations in the areas of extrajudicial executions, torture and ill-treatment, including sexual violence and abuse, national service and forced labor may constitute crimes against humanity; and extending the mandate of the Special Rapporteur for one year.
