Populations at Risk

Through research and advocacy on past and current situations where populations are experiencing or at risk of mass atrocities, GCR2P seeks to serve as a catalyst for the Responsibility to Protect. GCR2P mobilizes key actors to take preventive and protective action to save populations from genocide, war crimes, ethnic cleansing and crimes against humanity.
