Based in Africa, the African Leadership Centre will contribute to Africa's long term sociel, political and economic development by mentoring annd trainsing the next generation of talented, young leaders and facilitating their participation in change in their communities. Centre Philiosophy Translating academic research into practical policy application; Forging mutually-beneficial partnership between academic, business, civil society, government and regional institutions; Contributing to change through entrepreneurship, innovation, creativity and leadership; Developing new approachesto leadership Acting as a regional knowledge bank and resource; Seeking African home grown solutions to the isuues faced by African leaders.
